AIE CALL FOR FUNDING OF EXTERNAL MUSICAL PROJECTS
As of 2013, AIE has restructured the processing of funding applications for external musical projects through the celebration of two annual calls for proposals. All projects submitted should be aimed at any activity of promotion and dissemination of music in its various forms which benefits primarily as many AIE members as possible.
To file an application, individual applicants or entities must send by post or submit in person the following documents:
- Application form
- Detailed and comprehensive report or dossier of the project, including a detailed budget of incomes and expenses, venue and date of the project, information about the content of the activity and its participants. In addition to these documents, members who apply for the funding of promotional tours abroad will need to submit the original documents providing evidence of the confirmed venues and dates and of the financial conditions of at least three live performances, as well as the detailed information of all members participating in the project. In addition, the APPLICANT ENTITY on the form must correspond to the fiscal name that appears on the certificates of being up to date with the AEAT and the Seguridad Social in order to receive the financial aid.
Application tentative deadline for projects carried out during the first semester of 2023: December 19, 2022.
Application tentative deadline for projects carried out during the second semester of 2023: May 15, 2023 (tentative date).
