This website has been created by AIE Society of Artists (Performers and Executants), hereinafter referred to as AIE, for information purposes and personal use only. By accessing this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. LEGAL INFORMATION AND ACCEPTANCE.

These provisions regulate the use of the Internet portal service which AIE Society of Artists (hereinafter referred to as AIE) makes available to Internet users.

Access to this website is free of charge, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network supplied by your Internet service provider. Certain services are exclusive for our members and access to them is restricted.

Access and use of this portal confers the condition of user of the portal (hereinafter, the “User”) and implies the acceptance of all conditions included in this Legal Notice. The portal service has a limited duration when the User is connected to the portal or any of the services provided through it.

Some portal services that are accessible to Internet users or exclusive to AIE members may be subject to particular conditions, regulations and instructions that, if necessary, will replace, complete and/or modify this Legal Notice and which shall be accepted by the User prior to the provision of the relevant service.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE.

The User agrees to make correct use of the portal in accordance with the Law and the present Legal Notice. The User will be liable to AIE or against third parties for any damages and losses that may be caused by the breach of such obligation.

Use of the portal for purposes that are harmful to goods or interests of AIE or third parties, or that in any way overload, damage or render useless the networks, servers and any other computer equipment (hardware) or software products and applications of AIE or third parties, is expressly prohibited.

  1. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY.

All contents of the portal, which is understood include but is not restricted to: texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audio visual or sound contents, as well as their graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, “Contents”), are the intellectual property of AIE or third parties, and no content exploitation rights recognized by the current legislation on intellectual property may be deemed to have been licensed to the User, except for those which are strictly necessary for using the website.

Trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are the property of AIE or third parties. Access to the portal cannot be understood as attributing any rights over these trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

  1. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION.

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), the personal data supplied by the User through the relevant online forms of the portal will be treated confidentially and incorporated into the relevant files owned by AIE, which are duly registered in the Register of AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency). You can exercise your right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the processing of your personal data by submitting a written form along with a photocopy of your personal ID or equivalent document to lopd@aie.es or to AIE (Torrelara 8 – 28016 Madrid).

The User expressly consents to the use of such personal data for sending communications for information purposes only regarding the activity of AIE, by email or by any other means.

On the data collection forms, the fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. In case the User does not provide the corresponding data, AIE may at its sole discretion deny the corresponding service.

AIE adopts the security levels required by the Spanish Regulation of Security Measures approved by Royal Decree 994/1999 of 6 June. However, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and malicious actions or leaks by third parties may take place.

AIE ensures that all personal data will be used for the purpose, in the manner and with the limitations and rights granted by Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data. The present consent is granted without prejudice to any of the rights which assist the User in the terms established in the aforementioned law, and particularly to the faculty to exercise, free of charge, the right to oppose, access and information, rectify, cancel your personal data and revoke your consent without retroactive effects.

  1. COMMUNICATION OF ILLICIT AND IMPROPER ACTIVITIES.

In the event that the User or any other Internet user becomes aware that the linked sites on the portal owned by AIE refer to pages whose contents or services are illicit, harmful, demeaning, violent or contrary to morality, you may contact AIE indicating the following details:

  • Personal data of the caller: name, address, telephone number and email address;
  • Description of the facts revealing the illicit or inadequate character of the linked site;
  • In the event of any violation of rights, such as intellectual and industrial property, the personal data of the holder of the infringed right whenever this person is different from the caller reporting it. Likewise, the caller shall provide proof of ownership of such rights and, if necessary, proof that he/she is authorized to act as a representative of the right holder.
  • Express declaration about the fact that the information contained in the claim is accurate.
  • The reception by AIE of the communication provided for in this clause will not imply, in accordance with the provisions of LSSI (Law on Information Society Services), the effective knowledge of the activities and/or contents indicated by the caller.
  1. LEGISLATION.

These terms of use are governed by Spanish legislation.
