ABOUT THE PROGRAM

What is it?

AIEDeNuevo is a program organized by AIE to bring performers of the ‘60s and ‘70s back to live music venues all over Spain. Most of these performers are renowned artists of acknowledged prestige who remain active and have successfully renewed their line-up. Through AIEDeNuevo, they present their classic hits along with their new creations.

The program seeks to foster live music and its enjoyment, since it enhances the programming of music venues and provides an alternative leisure and entertainment experience by bringing these performers closer to music lovers.

When does it take place?

AIEDeNuevo is a yearly program developed approximately between October and February in collaboration with ACCES (Live Music Venues State Association).

How to participate

How to participate in the selection process

If you are a performer, you are interested in the program and want to participate, you need to send the following materials to any AIE office:

  • A CD.
  • Biographical sketch or dossier, with photos.
  • Contact details.
When does the selection take place?

The date of the selection committee meeting for the last call was 27 June 2019.
